While there Mr. Stecker was able to increase year over year sales from 2005 over 2004 by more than 20% and 2006 over 2005 sales by more than 23%. Bill also trained Wisconsin real estate brokers and agents with regard to the benefits and value of the HMS Home Warranty program, as well as showcased the company at industry trade show events.
From 2006-August 2011 Mr. Stecker worked for RE/MAX as a Franchise Sales Consultant where he was responsible for sales, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions in Wisconsin. He also showcased the benefits of affiliation at industry trade show events.
