Renters Warehouse Promotes Staff, And Selects President & Chief Operating Officer For The Company
Golden Valley, MN – September 15, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — As Renters Warehouse continues to grow, promoting internal staff and selecting a President and COO will encourage more scalability and increased efficiency for the company.
As of October 1, 2011 Renters Warehouse will officially make the change of naming Kevin Ortner to President and Chief Operating Officer of Renters Warehouse. Some of his key focuses will be to creating a formal training program, improving efficiency, and increasing the number of agent and employee reviews that take place each year. Kevin has worked with the company for two years of which he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer. In his position as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ortner was responsible for overseeing the property management division of Renters Warehouse. Kevin also is part owner of a Renters Warehouse franchise in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining Renters Warehouse Kevin worked as a corporate pilot.
With Mr. Ortner’s promotion to President and COO, current employee Trent Zachmann will be promoted and become Director of Property Management effective October 1, 2011. As DPM, he will replace Mr. Ortner in managing the company’s portfolio of accounts. He will also oversee the rent collection department. Mr. Zachmann has worked for Renters Warehouse for five months of which he has held the title of Director of Operations. In his position he was responsible for customer service issues, ACH’s, and insurance verification.
An additional change to take place on October 1, 2011 will include current employee Ashley Hayden being promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Renters Warehouse. Her role will include taking on more of the company’s finances. Ashley has been working for Renters Warehouse for 2 years as Chief Operating Officer. In this position Mrs. Hayden was in charge of overseeing the tenant placement division, commissions, and human resources for the company.
The final change to take place for the company includes Jonathan Confeld being promoted to Controller for Renters Warehouse. This change will take place effective September 19, 2011. In this position Mr. Confeld will be responsible for overseeing the tenant placement division, commissions, and human resources for the company. Mr. Confeld has worked for Renters Warehouse for 5 months as the VP of Marketing.
The staff changes for Renters Warehouse will allow them to keep up with their sustained growth, and will allow for better service to their customers. The changes will also allow CEO Brenton Hayden to focus on business development and continuing his vision for Renters Warehouse.
