Starting tomorrow, Aug. 12, West River Parkway from Plymouth Avenue to Portland Avenue in downtown Minneapolis will close to traffic so crews can remove and replace the driving surface. The parkway will reopen for weekend traffic Friday evening, Aug. 14 and then close again 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 17. Weather permitting, the resurfacing work will be completed by Tuesday, Aug. 18.

Since nonprofits are tax-exempt entities, they cannot currently benefit from many energy support programs because the programs are often structured in the form of tax credits.
